I am a Co-founder and current Head of Product at Molecule Protocol. We focus on building a Web 3.0 marketplace for intellectual property rights with the vision of ultimately creating new, viable business models for drug discovery & development. I define the product strategy, lead the Scrum management for our development team and guide research around novel cryptoeconomic incentive schemes. I started working full-time for this project in February 2019 after raising pre-seed funding from an Angel investor.

After finishing my Master’s degree in Chemical & Bioeginnering, I spent my first two years in Securities Trading at a large bank and Consulting for the pharmaceutical industry.

Missing purpose and impact, I began my fintech journey in the Business Operations department of a Swiss start-up providing short-term financing solutions for SMEs. After initially focusing on process optimization and automation, I was given the opportunity to establish a new Business Analytics position to complement the technical team. This was my stepping stone into product management and I have never looked back since.

I enjoy learning about new technologies and figuring out how to leverage their unique capabilities to change the way business works. Bridging the gap between technical and business talks is a strength of mine and I like to use my own technical skills to crunch data for quantitative decision making or hack together scripts to test new services.
